This report is part of the National Disaster Preparedness Baseline Assessment (NDPBA) initiative conducted by the Pacific Disaster Center (PDC) for Indonesia. It presents a comprehensive risk profile for Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) Province, aimed at improving understanding of local vulnerabilities and capacities in the face of natural hazards. The report includes data and analysis on hazard exposure, vulnerability, and response capacities, and provides strategic recommendations to enhance the province’s disaster resilience. It is intended to support more informed and sustainable development planning at the provincial level.
