This paper presents a research-based approach to disaster mitigation education, focusing on earthquake vulnerability in the Nusa Tenggara region of Indonesia. By analyzing seismic data and prior studies, the research identifies high-risk areas and proposes strategies such as integrating earthquake education into school curricula, promoting earthquake-resistant construction, and fostering collaboration between researchers and government.
