7 Downloads
In 2018, 42.6% of children under five in East Nusa Tenggara were stunted. This study analyzed risk factors using RISKESDAS 2018 data and logistic regression. Key factors included child’s age (24–35 months, OR = 2.08), low maternal education (OR = 1.57), and rural residence (OR = 1.39). The highest stunting rate was in 12–23 months (45.2%). To prevent stunting, the government should focus on maternal education, nutrition awareness, and feeding practices during early childhood.
