Earthquake Early Warning Management based on Client-Server using Primary Wave data from Vibrating Sensor

Deskripsi:
This article presents the development of an earthquake early warning system using a client–server model that processes primary wave (P-wave) data captured by vibrating sensors. The system operates by transmitting duplicated data packets from multiple sensors to ensure accuracy through comparison and error correction, while the server verifies the consistency of P-wave signals before triggering an alarm. By requiring identical scale values (Sc) from three separate sensors, the system minimizes false alerts and enhances reliability. The study demonstrates that low-cost sensors combined with simple network protocols can support an effective and rapid early warning mechanism for earthquake-prone regions.
