This report highlights the experience of Oelbiteno Village in East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, in strengthening disaster and climate resilience through the Views from the Frontline (VFL) 2019 program. Implemented by Partners for Resilience Indonesia and CIS Timor, the initiative engaged local communities in identifying key hazards—such as drought, typhoons, and landslides—and in developing a Community Action Plan.
